Our finished projects

As an estate agent, I contacted 40 Home Staging after my client had a problem selling her holiday home. Property had a big potential, that was somehow invisible for the buyers. Jasmina advised to refresh the property, improve the bathroom and add some new decor to show the apartament's full potential.

We have used most of the furniture that was already there to minimise the cost. All within the clients budget, we have applied Jasmina’s advice and the property looks great. We can’t wait to put it on the market now. Highly recommended.

I recently utilised Jasmina's home staging services for my holiday let properties, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Jasmina's approach was professional and efficient. The staging report she provided was clear and easy to understand, outlining all the necessary steps to optimise the appearance of the properties.
What impressed me the most about working with Jasmina was her dedication to understanding our specific goals and preferences.

She took the time to listen to our ideas and aspirations, and then collaborated with us throughout the entire process. This level of personalised attention made a significant difference in achieving the desired results.

The service we received from Jasmina exceeded our expectations. Her staging transformed our properties into beautiful and inviting spaces that were sure to impress our guests. The attention to detail and the careful selection of furniture, decor, and accessories truly elevated the overall aesthetic.
